So good to read about your ten plus years with your dear Norm. God is good, isn't He?

Dear Shirley,

Just read your note this glorious morning here in Oregon City. Looked out my back door at God’s gift and burst into song singing “The Doxology”. God gives us reassuring blessings, especially brilliant sunrises.

My dear Norm died 3 1/2 years ago after 10+ years of an amazing, loving marriage. We hit the ground running and did “all” we wanted to sharing fabulous experiences bass fishing and camper road trips, plethora of cruises and trips…too long a list to note…what a ride! I’m blessed with amazing memories, especially, we adored each other!

We used to talk about how hard God had to work to FINALLY get us together later in life. I’m beginning to feel blessed with my cherished memories. They comfort me now.

Thank you for letting me share with you.
