Hiding Place
Wherever you are in life. If you are happy and healthy, the hiding place is a good place to go. If you are grieving, sad, disconcerted, it's an even a better place to go. He's there in that hiding place. Run. Go. Now.
Come

He takes us for granted. He has no idea of what we paid for him. How much it costs for his care. And it doesn't matter to him. He just knows he loves and is loved--and accepts it.
Anniversary Thoughts
For those of you in the middle of a storm, ride it out. Stick with it.
For Karen
In December of 1964, Karen’s life was cut short in a head-on collision in Portland, Oregon. I still miss that friend of mine
Vulnerable Love
I must admit, I am in love with this toy-sized energetic fluff of a pup and it gives me just a tiny glimpse of the love God has for me and you.
Renew, Relax, Be Refreshed
I realized while observing the beautiful lilies in the pond, how I need to sit back and flourish in my surroundings. I need to take the time to rest, relax, and and be refreshed--in spite of the heat and busyness of life.
